There is also an updated 2004 edition that is apparently even harder to find. I requested that edition specifically from my library, and they found a copy in the Library of Congress, which amazingly enough sent it to my library. I was only allowed to use it in the library, but they kept it for a month, so I got quite a bit out of it. A really wonderful, valuable work!
