Allington, Clarinda v Cherokee chief, Granted Dec 15, 1804
She had been taken captive and compelled by him to become
his wife and had three children by him. She escaped with
the children and the Commonwealth of Kentucky granted her
a three year annuity by act of the Kentucky legislature.
